I upgraded to a Sony Xperia in November 2012. Between then and February 2013 the phone has stopped working four times. Vodacom Repairs Cresta have "repaired" it three times (despite my asking for a replacement the third time) however it is still not worknig.
A letter was sent to them on 20th February seeking a replacement handset - I received no response.
I have a "heavyweight" contract and spend on average around R1 000.00 per month on this line alone - let alone other contracts which I have in my own name and in my business. Despite this I sit with a top of the range paperweight. I am a long term customer of vodacom and expect better service than this!!
