VODACOM BRAND LOYALTY

I have 3 cell phones all Blackberry, 1 ipad and a 3G USB all Vodacom. I spend about R2000 pm with Vodacom.

In December, 1 phone stopped working, I took it to VODACARE CRESTA and was told it was water damage. I have asked 3 times for proof of damage and 3 months later i still have no proof.

I lost my phone in December and asked if I could get early upgrade, I was told NO WAY as I dont spend enough. Im due an upgrade 1 March, today I went in, 2 weeks early and still cant get early upgrade, I spend about R800 AVERGAE for this phone.

I went to Vodacom Keywest for assistance in setting up my new work email address on ipad, it took technician 2 minutes and he insisted I pay R75 for the pleasure of helping me.

When i first got it, I couldnt use it for 5 days because it wasnt setup properly. Nobody set it up at Game store.
