Unhappy about broken phone

On 18-12-2013, I gave my phone in for the second time because the keypad is constantly giving problems. I got no sms telling me the phone is ready to be collected and my husband followed up until we got the phone back on Jan 20 2014. When I put the phone on I saw no difference in the phone, the problem had never been fixed, and they've had my phone for over a month. Its upsetting to know I waited so long and nothing has been done, I can't use my phone.
