I've taken my phone in the first time because the update froze at 8%. Then they gave me a "new" phone. Then I waited 4 weeks for that. Then after a while the "new" phone began giving me problems as is didn't want to scroll. So I gave it in again and again they gave me a "new" phone. Now today this "new" phone began giving problems again as this one's contraols switched entitly and some doesn't even work. They said it was a new phone, but it says "refurbished" at the back as I noted today. It's NOT a new phone. They only give me other peoples problems. I'm getiing sick of this because I pay for my phone every month and now the freaking thing has more problems than anything else. I"m NOT impressed at all!!!
