Done an upgrade on my contract without me knowing!

Vodacom just don't stop disappointing me!! First they never even mentioned or gave me option to upgrade my insurance on my new phone and finally after 2 months of fighting they confessed it was their mistake and said they will replace my phone! But now 9 months later I realize that they did an upgrade on my contract to supply me with the new phone! They never mentioned that they are going to do it and was NEVER part of the arrangement! They did an upgrade on my contract without my consent or even me knowing about it! This is!!! And once again the process starts... No calling back, can't get hold of any of the people that worked on my case! Absolutely useless service and on top of it they do things on my account t without me knowing about it!
Vodacom is the worst network when it comes to customer care!
I've emailed "team leaders" which never even bothered to reply and you can leave 20 messages no one will even phone you back!
