I Upgraded my line on the 18th of December 2013 and i have been contacting upgrades department almost every 2nd working day to find out when will my handset going to be delivered.
Only to be told by Tsholofelo yesterday that the warehouse is closed due to technical problems and i have to wait for another week.
Im really disappointed that its taking so long and worse of all no one contacted me to give me feedback from the inception of the upgrade and i had to phone i hold forever on the 0821959 before getting any help
considering cancelling my contract if this is the service i will be getting, i have been patient enough.not willing to wait for another week.
