On 03/10/2013 I did an online upgrade with Vodacom direct. I selected a white colour handset however a black handset was delivered to me on 07/10/2013. I returned it with the courier and informed the upgrades dept of the error. They replied the following day advising me that they will sort out the problem. A week then passed and I followed up on 15/10/2013 to which I didnt receive any response and again on 18/10/2013. To date no one has come back to me. I am having problems with my current phone and need the new handset urgently. I find this poor service unacceptable and would like it to be sorted out asap. Thanks
