Online order for Blackberry 9320 placed on 29 December 2013, order accepted stating agent will contact me shortly. Agent only contacted me on 14th January 2014 - order authorised and accepted, delivery address was requested and confirmed. Delivery of unit was due on 17th January 2014 - confirmed by telephone. NOTHING arrived - called 17th Jan and spoke to 4 different agents who said the unit was sent back due to an incomplete delivery address and lack of my tel. # being included in the request - they would not help me as the unit was not booked back into the warehouse, or allow re-submittion of my order or have me go to a VODASHOP or place another order and have this one cancelled to avoid further delays. Instruction: Just wait and Call back on Monday... called, reply: just wait another 3days as stock is still not in and remember you'll wait another 3days thereafter to receive your delivery. Disappointed & Disgusted at how Vodacom are taking advantage of Consumers - expected much more - feel they don't deserve the consumer's support if their procedures & lack of follow up and attention to detail stunt delivery & cause a disregard in their client's expectations.
