I applied for a phone contract online, they delivered 2 days later and my number was supposed to be ported from MTN to Vodacom upon delivery. This has taken over a week now. Your Customer care, Activations and porting department all tell me different versions of the truth. They all use different systems and cannot see the same stuff. MTN still had not received a porting request 5 days later. I have called your call centers a million times, I am too upset to call again, i would actually like you to call me back and sort this mess out.
