I tried ringing the Insurance side of MTN this morning, to inquire as to what steps to take with regard to a phone being (I pay monthly installments on Insurance for 3 phones and have done since 1995 when I first signed up with them) - I had to eventually hang up after waiting for 45 minutes to have my call answered. This is not acceptable!
