VODACOM IS US BLIND!!!

So.. I submitted a complaint onto Hello Peter, Vodacom's Facebook page and emailed through a complaint via the Vodacom website. Not to mention all the calls made to Customer Care. We have received ONE call after that to say that they will look into this. STILL waiting for feedback.

I cannot believe the pathetic service we have received from them, absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. We have been trying to sort this issue out for months but all they do is ignore us, and bill us incorrectly. For a cellphone that's supposed to have a R600 limit on it, it has now been charged for over R6000.00 just for ONE month's bill.

This is absolutely unacceptable and I am now so furious that I am prepared to take it to the newspapers and anywhere else I can so that EVERYONE can find out what kind of operation Vodacom is running!

I'm not looking for another cut and paste response from Vodacom to make it 'LOOK' like they're going to do something about this. I want, actually, I EXPECT something to be done about this! This is not the way you treat a loyal client!
