I am really not impressed with Nashua Mobile, I found out there was an iphone added to my account without my knowledge, went to nashua they said i need to bring the affidavit and ID coppy with 5 signature, i brought those documents on the 29th December 2013, THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY CAN SEE ON THE SYSTEM THAT THE SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON THAT TOOK THE PHONE IS DIFFERENT FROM MINE AND THERE IS NO ID DOCUMENT ATTACHED ON THE APPLICATION. whats strange is that i am not getting any feedback from them, they keep debiting my account paying for the phone i dont even know about, i did not take any phone from nashua period, they should stop debiting my account and resolve this issue with emmediate effect, more-over they need to refund me all the money they have already debited from my account for the phone i dont even know.

this is verry disgusting to get such a bad service, how can they allow someone to take a phone in my name without providing all the supporting documents, customers need to be aware that nashua is open to and they can get billed incorrectly because security and complience is their least priority.
