I wrote a Report one year ago about Vodacom sending me an account for R92000, 00
YES this is no Mistake! a Full R92000, 00 accumulated in ONE DAY .Our family was in Mauritius.over this period. While me and my wife was in the spa on the last day of our trip the 9 jr old got hold of her mothers phone. We later learned that a iTunes game was played. No Password was requested and no limitation was put on this apparent expenditure. When we returned my wife's account was suspended. She was Blacklisted by Vodacom even before we got a letter of demand. To this day the matter is still unresolved. I had my lawyer responding to Vodacom's demands. They did not bother to repond and I was always told that I will be contacted
when I tried to phone them. They refused to give me a dedicated person to sort the matter as well. I stopped her contract and had to get her another phone number as well. Somehow Vodacom got hold of her new number and started to harass her through a person called Lizzy.
