I have bought an MTN R50.00 data bundle on numerous occasions. Originally it was perfect as I was able to do what I needed to do over the 24 hours. The last 4 bundles I have bought works for a few minutes and the speed then goes down to around 0.05mg per minute. I have attempted phoning the help line but have been told that after 150 mg's you are capped. We can't even get to 150 mgs and it certainly doesn't say that anywhere on the adverts or details for the 24 hour uncapped package. In my opinion this is totally unacceptable and false advertising. I will be very interested as to whether this has been happening to other people and whether MTN are willing to give me a reason why. Very unhappy MTN user!!!
