I phoned Neotel today to apply for the Neoflex Wimax uncapped deal at 512kbs. The operator told me that my area doesn't support uncapped but only a 5gb cap how does that work? He also could not give me a valid reason but said I can always take a capped package for exactly the same price? How can my area support capped but not uncapped. He could not give me any clarity on this. Can somebody explain this to me?
