My service from Vodacom was disconncted the 3rd week in December 2013 due to a "soft locked " issue. After multiple phone calls to the call centre and 3 visits to Vodacom shops the problem was resolved only January 2014. Now again, I am unable to make phone calls, send msg or whats-apps or even connect to the internet. I can only receive msg and phone calls. I am paying for a service I do not receive. I was assisted the last time by Chatz Vodacom Mayville which assisted me 100%. Now barely a full two weeks of Vodacom service, I have a connection problem again. The call centre is unable to assist and does not want to escalate the problem. I, as the customer must follow up every time. Can someone please assist - this is ridiculous from an international company
