12 months, 6 site visits, antenna installed, numerous visits to your stores, hours of telephone calls and finally 3 months free subscription... at what point will Telkom give up and cancel this contract? I no longer have the finances nor the patience to continue, I was assured by your retentions department that they will cancel the contract should there be no improvement, the connection has only got worse since, you can keep your 3 months subscription for a service which doesn't work, and hasn't since inception.
This is my last request for you to please send me written confirmation that this contract will be cancelled and you will on cancellation remove your antenna from my property.
