Bad, Bad service

I bought a Lenovo A3000 as a gift for my wife last Sunday and I bought it cash. Upon unpacking it, we found that there was something wrong with the screen. I took it back today (After 7 days) which I happily accepted and the new unit was left on the counter for exchange after 10 minutes... Then, nothing happened... I waited another 35 minutes for the transaction to be completed, but nothing happened. I then gave the staff 5 minutes to conclude the transaction which they bluntly ignored and I warned then that I want a refund if they do not help me within the given time period which would then total 50 minutes. Nothing happened. I then insisted on a refund as one does not merely buy a tablet, but tablet and service of which the latter does not exist. I ended up speaking to a very unfriendly Louise (she's supposedly the area manager) who kept on interrupting me... very rude lady. I left the tablet and slip at the store and told them that they can phone me when they are ready to give me a refund... This is the second time this store infuriated me (Last time I waited 2.5 hours for an upgrade which never happened). I would strongly suggest that you fire all the staff and Louise.
