Sometimes it's better to do it in person

After years of trying to order a Telkom line over the phone and online, today I went to the Fourways outlet with much anxiety and trepidation. I was pleasantly surprised by the great attitude and service offered by Ms Lesego Sekati/Sekayi (not sure of correct last name) at the front desk. From start to finish she detailed all options available to me and processed my order despite me having walked in exactly a minute before closing time.

She answered all my questions satisfactorily and definitely managed to quash my concerns that were previously not addressed on the online platform. I left the store with an installation date and a copy of the order form. 5/5 stars for Lesego!
