Cash Crusaders Franchising
They sell faulty equipment intentionally

I bought a Dixon Tablet from them about 2 months ago. The tablet would randomly makes these funny colours like a tube TV on its way out then it would either go to a white screen with black lines on or it would go to a black screen but with the back light still on. I would then leave it off for an hour and it would then work again. about 3/4 weeks ago same thing happened however it then wouldnt switch on. So I sent it in for repairs with Cash Crusaders. When I got it back it started doing the same thing with the white/black screen. So I took the tablet back for a refund. Regrettably I did not have the packaging and so they charged my R800 for handling and packaging. The reason they gave for such a high amount is because they are going to resell the (faulty) tablet without its packaging for a profit. When I pointed out to Jonathan the owner that they would be selling a faulty item he basically said it would be the other clients problem not mine. Oh and to top it off when I got my refund less R800 they wanted me to sign that i had recieved a FULL refund. For those reading this who do not want to do business with a snake oils sales man he also owns Polokwane store.
