Bad service at Vodacom Shop Waterfront

I went to the Vodacom Shop at the waterfront with my partner to pay an account and was given a que nr. After around 25 minutes of waiting, our number seemed to disappear of the display listing the que numbers of client and their relevant service desks. I set out to find someone to ask about this and eventually found someone in the store (who I literally had to run after to get their attention). He asked me to wait around while he finds out what happened, went into the back of the shop and after another 10 minutes of waiting I seeked out a second staff member who informed that his colleague was probably still trying to find out what happened and then promptly avoided me. I actually got cut off while speaking. I then found another staff member named Jesse, who I think was the shift manager. I explained to him what happened and he shrugged it off saying that there was nothing he could do. I asked whether theit was a store manager available to assist us and he then told me that the store manager would tell us the same thing. He told us that the best he could do was issue a new ticket. We couldn't like spend another 45 minutes (hoping that our number would disappear again) so we left.
