My wife Maria bought a Onyx Athena tablet for my daughters school from cash convertors on the 7 Dec 2013 on the 9th she returned it as the usb that connects to the computer doesn't work after 2 weeks she got it back but it was'nt repaired so she returned and told them her daugter needs it for school and promised it would be ready when the schools open. School has started on the 15th and no tablet we had to borrow money to buy a brand new tablet for her. I'm very very upset as my wife wanted a refund and they said no they have to repair it and if it is not right then, then she will get a refund!!! Stock code 105655
