VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE AGAIN

Its been months now and im still sitting with the same problem. My phone gets suspended but i pay the account. When they reconnect my phone i lose all my data and airtime. Everytime i speak to a consultant at customer services they tell me that they are in the process of sorting the problem out and every month i sit with the same issue. This morning they called me from JHB branch in connection with a complaint i laid in December month already and the gentleman told me to contact cell c in n1 city on their cellphone number, the line kept going to voicmail. I left a message and had to go to the store. At the store i was advised by Wayne that they dont listen to the voicmail messages because it is of no importance. The manager logged a call for me. Im not a satisfied customer. I have been waiting since November 14th 2013 for this to be sorted out. Sidefree said he would have this matter seen to and yet i still have to waste my time, petrol and airtime calling after and running after cell c. I am not satisfied and i demand a response and some sort of apology from cell c.
