Just utter service

I have been with Vodacom for many years. and in all this time i have only once for two months not payed my account. it was cut fine. i called accounts to make payment via cash EFT and was informed that was fine and i will have to pay 50% of my account and i informed them i will pay the balance at the end of the month. i so then made the payment and called them. they informed me they could not see the payment i had to send them the EFT slip 3 times and still then my account was cut for most of the time had to call ever 3-4 hours to get them to unlock my account after proving i had made payment. then was told i have to pay 75% of my account so i made the other 25% payment at the ABSA branch in Meyerton and called them again they then told me it will be working again in 24 hours. witch is . a few days later my account was cut again for no reason when calling account was on hold for 27min before anyone helped. In the time of this all Vodacom Internet was down for 2 days and this with not even a call or msg to say sorry no credit on my account for the two days vodacom was down. and so my story goes on just really poor service form Vodacom.
