Dear Sir/Madam

In October 2013, I applied for a contract phone through Edgars which was approved however I cancelled the contract a week later, this was after paying an amount of R173.I was informed that I will be refunded in a few days time.

To date I have not received the funds and one/two weeks (more seven days ago) I called Vodacom customer care where I was informed that a credit note has been issued however for some reason final approval was not given for the funds to be released. I was informed it will take 7 days to process and the amount should reflect in my account. Till today the amount is not reflecting.

Today (2013/12/17) when I made a follow up, the agent informed me that there is nothing they can do for me as the query is sitting with the Legal department and I have to wait until Legal sort it out.

As an existing vodacom customer, I find this very frustrating, as I am the one making the follow ups however I can not get assistance and finality on this matte
