INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN

I am highly upset with Vodacom, I will NEVER TAKE OUT A VODACOM CONTRACT IN MY LIFE AGAIN, I AM CHANGING OVER TO CELL C WHO PROVIDE MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND ARE CUSTOMER CENTRIC.
I had not made a payment on my acc for 2 months as I was retrenched in Sept 2013. I called on SAT 4 Jan to settle my debt, The lady I spoke to assured me my acc was not in arrears at all, I repeatedly asked her and she assured me my next payment is due on the 31.01.2014.I had thought my Mother or Fianc'e had paid my acc without my knowledge. I was cut off on the 06.01.2014 when I called in to query, i got a mouthful of excuses as to why incorrect info was given- bare in mind vodacoms system updates 3 of each month. To cut a long story short, vodacoms agents are clearly unqulified, TASNEEM in accounts cut the line when asking for the manager. I will not pay vodacom, I will be handing this over to my lawyer, being retrenched I had accumulated the funds to make a payment on the 4th being told I am not in arrears I no longer have the funds, Vodacom was at fault and I expect them to UNBLOCK me and will recieve payment on the 31.01.2014 as I was repeatedly advised that is when my next payment is DUE!!!
