I wish i had never ever taken out a contract with Vodacom! Since my upgrade i've had nonsense with them, illegal new contracts taken out in our name, this is without our knowledge!!! After 10000000 calls made to Vodacom and cancelling the new illegal contract. After that they didn't collect the new handset as of yet.. we kept calling and nothing... now money is taken off my account for the new phone contract!! wow... even after doing my first hello peter complaint i have till today not received a single call from Vodacom!!! CPA here I come!!!
