This will be my third complaint second with hello peter. For starters I think Mtn and what it stands for is a apsolute joke. What i was told will be a 2 to 3 day period of assesment once again turned into a waiting period now one and a half weeks. My phone went in on the 8th of jan being the second time since dec. i was told they will send phone for assecment and will be 2 to 3 days i have been in the shop every day since the 10th i was first given a run around of explinations that did not make sence cause evry day the story was difrent. I am dealing with a gentleman by the name of Jaco the only person in the store that even greats me when i go in. Today he gave me the details to phone myself because they are also shunting him arround. I spoke to Gugu that was not helpfull at all. I was told that they where bussy with the assesment. when i asked if they can hurry all i was told is phone back Monday. The usd code is 3140268 and imei no 353164058398568. Im am realy fed up now in the 6 months since i got my phone i had 4 moths use of it I NEEEED THIS SORTED NOW. Kind or not so kind regards Marietjie Merckel
