Vehicle account not sorted out after numerous days

We have a vehicle with nedbank mfc. 2 weeks ago gugu told us to send the proof of payments to them, we have 3 different account numbers wich we got from her to pay our vechicle. firstly the wrong person's details was given (a mr van rensburg) and then all of a sudden our account number has changed. we paid end july (according to us the monthly payment and next payment to be end september and so on,
2 weeks ago everything was out of place, the agreements was "cancelled" by them and we were just handed to collections, No one contacted us, we sent emails to gugu and her supervisor and numerous phone calls, and got no response once again, they collected our vehicle saturday 21 sept. we were told to phone gugu on monday and sort the payments out and collect our vehicle. now we are at wednesday and no response, gugu is not in the office apparently today, no one can help us. but for everyday the car is"reposssed" there is costs being added? who must pay that, we were willing to sort it out, begged to get it finilized on monday, and they just turned their backs on us, complaints department or headoffice cant even help us. who is going to sort this out, and who will be paying the costs.
