2 weeks ago I handed in my Iphone 5 to the smaller MTN branch in Cresta as it was not working properly. This seemed as a good time, as I was on my way abroad and I didn't need my phone for that time. I was promised that this would be sorted out by the time I got back from my holidays. Yesterday, after having arrived back from my holidays I eagerly went back to the shop to pick up my repaired/replaced Iphone. The gentleman dealing with my issue told me I had to phone a service number to check for an update. This morning I did so. To my surprise the service representative was not aware of any phone getting to them under any kind of reference that I gave him. I then attempted to call the gentleman from the MTN store, to no avail. I also sent an email requesting urgent action, also to no avail. I am desperate to get my phone sorted as this is for business use. Is this truly the service I have to expect from MTN?
