Im an existing contract customer. I applied for another contract on 27/03/2013 asking, if the store in Canal Walk has stock and what i needed. The lady who helped said all I needed was my ID and they have stock. She failed to tell me that the application will take 2 days first! When trying to call them cause I didn't hear from them their number doesn't work. In fact, upon trying to call ANY mtn store i either got no answer or the number didn't work! By now I'm so angry because i needed a phone. On Sunday, 5days after applying i go to the store only to hear that my application was NEVER processed! Who does that?! None the less I was not going to wait another 2 days and cancelled then went to VODACOM and got so much better service and info that what I did at mtn.
You just lost another good customer and I'm sure nothing will come of this.
