I have had four modems from telkom, all faulty so I do what they suggest and call the help line. On hold for two and a Half hours before hanging up. Then when I do get hold of them one says its a faulty line another says it's modem another days is the weather. So eventually t tech comes and says its the modem, so I go in and no stock come tomorrow so I go in next day then they still don't have stock. Tell me to go to another store. No stock either they tell me to go to another store... Guess what no stock! So back to first store before I go I call 16 times leave messages amd nothing so go I and get a smary behind desk who says no one in joburg had stock. I am still waiting and get told on fb page We will escalate querie which I n now know means we dinner cate bout your issue s. Stock to cur me off but not so quick on helping supply the service I pay for!
