I don't even know where to begin anymore. I laid a complaint on on 6 NOV 2013. Here's their reply on, dated 7 Nov 2013: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologise for the frustration you have experienced so far and we would like to address this issue for you. A consultant will be in touch to discuss your query and provide detailed feedback so a resolution can be reached. Your ticket reference is #PCZ-2573-0711 but you will not need to follow up as our team will be in contact." NASHUA MOBILE STILL HAVEN'T CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE IT!! I tried to resolve this complaint with Thirion Easton at the call centre, who promised to take the matter up with the manager of Stellenbosch branch, as well as with Jaco (consultant). She never contacted the manager, and sided with Jaco's version of events, saying I must prove otherwise. I mean come on. Who records a conversation with a consultant when you sign up for a cell phone contract, either by video or voice recorder. Since then I've had to deal with numerous other incompetencies, making use of loopholes, etc etc without getting anything resolved.
