On the 14-11-2012 I complained about Nashua Mobile, the following is the response I received a day after complaint was launched:
Hello yoli wam,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We don't like the fact that you are unhappy with our service, as all our employees strive to stay true to our brand values. Hearing from you is vitally important to improving our standards.
Your ticket reference number is #QPC-2814-1411 but rest assured we will provide feedback and resolution as soon as possible. Any stock for
the Samsung S4 should arrive tomorrow 15 November 2013. Thus the branch will receive distribution by middle next week.

Since that I never receive anything or feedback, is Nashua Mobile taking care of their people? It is about a month now that the complaint was launched but till now it has not yet resolved.
