I have a problem with Nashua Mobile for not communicating with me accordingly. I logged a complaint regarding the caller line identity. It has been not yet been solved.
Last week on the 29/11/2013 received this e-mail from Nashua Mobile
"Hello,
Your support request has been marked as closed. If you are not completely satisfied with the resolution to your problem, please reply to this ticket to have the support call re-opened.
Ticket reference: SXA-5171-1911

My problem I don't understand this e-mail what is talking about. I can not reply to them and re-open the call because I do not know the consequence of doing that. I need Nashua Mobile to call and explain to me everything
I have been sending my complaint to Hellopeter since the 26/09/2013 but I do not see way forward.
