BAD SERVICE!!!

Telkom landline has been out of order since 15 February 2013, fault reported and recorded with Telkom on the 16th February 2013. To date TELKOM has not repaired the line. Indicated what the problem is etc despite numerous calls to their fault department and the fault being escalated! EPIC CUSTOMER FAILURE
