I applied for a landline on 22/11/2013 and was reported back there is no infrastructure. I was told to apply for a cordless phone which I did. I was given WCDMA cordless phone which does not work as there is no network coverage which I confirmed with Jessie at WCDMA. I then logged a fault with Telkom SA 15CNZ281113 on 28/11/2013. After numerous sms's and another fault logged I still do not have a telephone that works. Now I have received an account for R257.80 for a installation that has not been done or works. I am a pensioner and my husband is ill and has Dysphagia and Dementia and I cannot keep calling Telkom from a cell phone as it is too expensive I have now personally tried to fix the faulty outside landline and need Telkom to connect it. Today 7/12/2013 I have received no response to my queries and am most upset about the account that I have received for no service delivered. I have also sent a email to their website to which I have had no response
