What a sorry excuse for a service provider. My landline has been out of order since 13 Dec 2013. I have reported the fault on the system the same day via the web and received a reference number. I received a sms a few days later confirming the problem has been fixed. Upon checking I discovered the same problem persisted and advised telkom to investigate again. They have been quite ever since, it is now the 7 Jan 2014 and all you get out of them is "your problem is currently assisgned to a technician".
At this point I want to send Telkom straight to. I had the same problem in 2012, don't see why I have to pay service fees if no service are rendered.
