Hi there
the Vodcom Store at Soneike mall, kuils river, Cape Town, gave me the worst service I ever had from this communications giant.
I entered the store after 9am and explained that my bbm is not working, five days after purchasing a pre-paid sim.
the consultant then asked is it Vodacom? I was like huh??
I mean really, would I enter a Vodacom store if I had a MTN or CELL-C sim.
anyway, he did not assist me, looked at my phone and told me to go to the vodacom store in Canal Walk as that is where I purchased my SIM.
I suspect the guys working at this store are foreigners, like Pakistani or Indian, they are definitely not South African.
Please sort this out.
