No need for new clients

I went into Vodacom for a contract port from mtn on 19th feb
And dealt with Kyle Hankey at your Vodacom store in canal walk Cape Town

I have email confirmation from mtn that they approve it the same day

Yet no one from Vodacom ever called me back

After 5 weeks I went back to your store to find that my contract was approved and was current listed as an expired application
I was also not on the order list for my iPhone 5 64g

So if I hadnt enquired about my contract Vodacom canal walk would have just left it as expired?
If this is the way u appreciate new client maybe I'm better served by staying with mtn
Their client service at least are pro active

I'm unimpressed
