Billing without using thier services

I've requested tranfered ticket of my domain on: Fri, Aug 10, 2012 at 12:33 PM and few days down the line the tranfere we successful.

but the billing has not stoped, i've indicated this over and over but there' nothing happening. i've chaNGED bank account where you debit the amount and that has not stoped you and i still get notification from my account of insuficient fund and the bank is killing me with charges.

tell me what must i do with this now
