My daughters phone got lost.i had it blacklisted.she then got her phone back, went to the store in zevevwacht mall kuils river, they then said we should get an affidavid which we did, went back to the store.the sales lady assisted me.phoned into the call centre.they could not assist me.she yhen said she will do it on there system and we should wait for 2hours which we did.i got home after 2 hours nothing was done. i then phone the call centre again the guy said he will do it i must wait for 48hours which we again did and still nothing.i was very furious.we the went to vodacom in soneike mall kuils river (3Bcellular shop no 24 ipic 021 9037408) i have explained to them the whole senario.i then discovered that the at zevenwacht never gave me forms to fill in that was supposed to be submitted for the unblacklisting of the phone. TERRIBLE SERVISE.immediately 3B cellular in soneike assisted me.gave me the forms and faxed it away.they really gave me GOOD AND PROFFESIONAL SERVISE.i think 3B cellular in soneike deserves a GOLD MEDAL FOR SERVICES PROVIDED.
