DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MANAGER

Hi,

I booked my cell phone in at the Vodacom Shop in Canal Walk Cape Town it's the shop upstairs by Primi Piatti.
At no time did I know there was a fee of R59 to still pay for my blackberry as I rejected the quote.
I went into the store an hour ago and asked for the manager he was rude and unhelpful I explained to him I am temping and my husband is unemployed he had no heart and said I understand well he doesn't and wasn't genuine at all. The staff at that store are not professional at all!
I want my phone back ASAP and not pay the R59.
you guys better make a plan I walked out the shop very upset today.
