I upgraded my contract with no problems, but they sent me a Sim card with my handset that was too large for the device. I mean really - they should know something like that. I then phoned them and complained and was told they will send me a SIM card, after trying to get me to buy one myself and claim the money back from them. I have been waiting for a week and the promised SIM has not arrived yet. My big problem is that I cannot get any help from the Upgrade dept, Internet call line or anyone else they put me through to. They just keep sending me back and forth. I just want to check the whereabouts of the promised SIM. What frustrates me is the fact that it was a mistake they made, and because of that, I cant use my new phone!!!
