Billed for Content MIRA014 I did not subscribe to

I have been billed for content service MIRA014 since 02-10-2013. I did not activate this service and did not use it. I have paid R6.15 every day since then and need the money refunded ASAP. I have unsubscribed via your phone line and received an sms to say it will be done REF:2477332. I expect the money refunded.
Your business is a and completely unacceptable. You should be very ashamed, but i'm sure you are not, and i'm sure you will not refund me... lets see...
