Billed for content charge not legit

I was billed R7 per day from 19 March - 17 April 2013 for content charge which was not something I signed up for. Description states MIRA014 and I had to phone to stop this. It was confirmed telephonically that it is Coolieville or something like that which I have not signed up for.
This must be refunded to me immediately. R7 x 32 days = R224.
