No Reply on my complaint

On 13.1.2014 I spoke to Shane at the call Centre. My bill has been double now for the last 2 months. Apparently because of data usage. This is impossible, I have wireless internet at work and at home. Shane told me that Vodacom would phone back within 24 hours... Its been 72 hours now and still no resolved problem or phone call
