I have a very bad problem with signal in my area. I run my business from home and NO-ONE can hear me when im making/recieving calls.
On 31 Jan I called the MTN Coverage Team (083 900 1212) to report the problem and was given a reference number #0050371 and was told I would recieve a call within 10 days with feedback. Problem #1 - No call recieved.
On 13 Feb I called in again and spoke to Tebogo who said he would email the co-orindator Themba and would recieve a call back that same day with feedback. Problem #2 - no call recieved.
On 19 Feb I called in AGAIN and spoke to Thembi who said I need to speak to Shane the Manager. He recieved a text from Shane to say he was in a meeting and couldnt speak and Thembi said he would get Shane to call me. Problem #3 - no call recieved.
Today, 21 Feb, I called in and spoke to Sizakele who informed me that Sbusiso was assigned to my query. Sbusiso unable to speak with me as with Shane. Have been told that they will ask both of them to contact me.
As im sure you can understand I am doubtful that I will recieve a call and will YET AGAIN have to call in and follow up.
SOMEONE CALL ME BACK!!!
