I contacted Vodacom sales on 0821950 on 1 July as I wanted to cancel 2 data packages that I applied for a week before. My reason for wanting to cancel is that I need this for work and I took out the wrong package. I wanted to cancel and reapply for the correct package. i spoke to Shane who was very helpful and he advised that I was able to cancel within 14 days with no penalties. I then called back the next week to follow up on the cancellation and was again advised that they cannot give me a turnaround time. Shane was very good but could not give any answers. I still up to today not heard back regarding my cancellation. I am waiting on the cancellation to take out the new line and my work is now being delayed. I cannot afford to be double billed for the new line and the old lines. its now almost 3 weeks and I have still not had any feedback. does it really take 3 weeks to cancel a line? I really need this resolved asap as I need the new data package for work. Please provide feedback?
