In September 2013, I went into Vodacom Greenstone to sort out an issue on my Daughters phone. Her account is attached to my main account. The consultant noticed that i was illegible for an early upgrade due to the large amount that i spend on my account. I asked her what penalties this would attract and she informed me none due to the fact that i spend so much with Vodacom. Have recently aquired a samsung S4 I had no need for a new contract. I returned to the shop on 13 October 2013, and Kidebone again informed me that I could do an an early upgrade. Again I asked her what the penalties would be and again she told me - nothing. Before signing the contract I asked her again if there were any penalties and again she assured me there would be none. Ever since I took out the contract I have been hit with massive penalties.

I went into the store at the beginning of December to sort this matter out. Kidebone was not in. I went back to the store on 18 December 2013 and after a whole big fight she said she would submit a request to reverse the upgrade. She said she would get back to me with a reply from head office. To date i have not had a response.
